When I walked through the door this morning, I was greeted by Jason, who has an amazing personality. The process was quick, and I learned that my new fur baby was a bit of a challenge when it came to grooming his face and front paws. The young ladies who groomed him did an amazing job. He looked great when I picked him up, and Jason took the time to explain what Biggie liked and disliked. I really appreciated that personal touch. They definitely earned a loyal customer today.

I’m really disappointed with the grooming my doodle got yesterday. It honestly looks like some areas weren’t even touched. Under the ears still feels waxy, like it wasn’t properly cleaned, and the cheeks are left way too high. The under-jaw area looks untouched too. I gave pretty clear instructions, so this was frustrating. There’s just too much hair left overall, and the finish feels incomplete. And I didn’t like that I couldn’t see my dog until after I paid. That felt off. I called today and spoke with Justin. He mentioned that going shorter would require shaving and that they don’t have clips to cut under an inch and a half. But that’s not really the issue. This is more about basic cleaning and attention to detail. Calling this a "teddy bear look" doesn’t really match how it turned out. The pictures I’ve attached are right after the grooming. I’d appreciate the team taking another look and making this right, whether that’s a proper touch-up or a refund.

Our doodle’s nickname is Peppa The Pig because she loooves muddy puddles. *sigh* Fortunately, we found Splash & Dash & they welcome our muddy mess each week! She is bouncing out the door excited to go. They’re quick, meticulous, keep her from getting knotted up, affordable & she comes home smelling like a cupcake.

Absolutely the best groomers in town! We have been part of the family since the day they opened! We’re adding a new baby to our family and they have Given us great ideas to get her ready for being groomed.

Very happy I found Splash and Dash! I loved how the manager Jason knew exactly who we were when we walked in. My dog was only there 2 hours and she looks fabulous! They did exactly what I asked for! Very friendly and very professional! Will be only bringing my dog here! I highly recommend

Saw this unbeatable new client special just in time my puppy is due for a clean. I made an appt for next day (convenient) and booked it online so quick and easy. They text you reminders/email confirmation. They happily took my puppy and were done in 40 minutes (quick). My dogs coat looks 10x softer! I can see and smell the difference, he smells so good! Highly recommend. They didn't complain or mention anything about my dog like petsmart did. Sweet they put puppies on their board to welcome them. Clean interior. This is a drop off, ideal to eat /shop/ get your nails done walking distance from here while you wait.

The experience started off great - we were early, but they took us anyway. I ordered "The Full Groom" online with the first time customer coupon. It included shampoo, dry, brush, nail trim, ear cleaning and a "custom cut to match your dog's breed and style." I was told it did not include the nail trim and was forced to pay for "The Beau," which included the nails, teeth, facial scrub, body spray and a useless necktie for $19 extra. Duncan is a Westie. The employee - who said he was a manager, but later said he'd have to ask the manager - said, "oh I bet he's a Schnauzer mix" and not a purebred. We discussed the cut we wanted - a rounded Teddy Bear cut and all over trim - not a shave. When we came to pick him up we almost didn't recognize him - and not in a good way. I think that's why they have you pay (and tip) before you see them. He was shaved - not evenly by any stretch - with patches of fur missing here and there and bare skin shaved in some spots. He has two razor burns on his back and whatever shampoo they used left him super itchy. His ears and face - not cut remotely like a Westie or in Teddy Bear fashion- are uneven. One side was cut twice with a bi-level cut and the other, a longer, single cut. His ears look like two uneven rooster tails! The person who did this had to have had no training or experience - or maybe they were blind. I just read it will take 4-6 months for this horrible haircut to grow out. His first grooming experience was absolutely awful. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
