First time my sister took her dog to this place and never again! She took her small dog to get groomed, they shaved her bald! Her poor dog has razor bumps all over,she's extremely uncomfortable laying down. Then they had the nerve to charge her $47.00 she's a tiny thing, ridiculous... not even a bow on her like other shops do. Very very dissatisfied. We'll be contacting the BBB for sure
It is impossible to get ahold of anyone. I called and left a message to schedule an appointment and a week later finally got a call back. Just went to take my dog to his appointment and turns out they have moved to a different location. Which would have been nice to know when the appointment was made. So I tried calling, 3 times, no answer. And couldn't even leave a voicemail. Nothing online says that they moved either. I'll be taking my dog somewhere else from now on.
Thank you to K9 Cutters! Took my pup in and knew he was in rough shape, he came back feeling and looking so much happier, he smelled and felt super clean too! Thank you to the ladies there for making my fur baby happy and looking super handsome!
Take my 4 legged baby here to be bathed. They are so nice & do a great job. They handle my baby with TLC. Love them!💙

She cut my dog and then gave my daughter attitude saying "she wont accept my dog" 😂well we will never go back✌needs to act more professional.
