Pick of the Litter

They are so gentle and patient with the dogs and always ready with advice if I need it. It's affordable and also amazing. I was worried when I first got my dog that I would be throwing half my paycheck away in grooming bills, but this is the first groomer I went to and found it incredibly well priced. And my dog looks ADORABLE!!!! They really do such a great job. I never thought I'd be so happy with grooming. But this place is the best. I can't praise it enough. The pictures of my precious freshly groomed baby should be proof enough.

I've been taking my pet here for over 10 years. They are very caring of your fur babies and their grooming skills are excellent. I've never had an issue. I see Chris, she is awesome, but all of the girls are great.

Sharon and her staff over at Pick of the Litter are the best! My dog comes out of the shop looking perfect every time! I always get so many compliments on how good my Pomeranian looks. This is the MUST go to pet grooming shop on the South Shore!

My dog hated to be groomed until we came here. I've been taking him for a few years now and he's never had so much as a tiny nic from the clippers. He even goes in happily on his own! The prices are pretty good as well. We love it!

This past Sunday I was looking for a place to take my dog for a bath and some grooming. I called at 10:00AM and surprisingly enough I was able to get an appointment for 12:00PM. I dropped off my pup with Laura and she politely explained the grooming options and told me he would be ready at 4:00. Bonus- Its right next to Shabu, so I grabbed some lunch while I was in the area. Laura did a fantastic job! - The dogs coat looked great and felt smooth. Teeth were brushed and nails were trimmed. He even had that "New Dog" smell again. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommended - will definitely be back - Thanks Laura!

Been going here for the better part of 4 years. Always a great experience. My dog is dramatic and screams when she gets her nails cut (in true Shiba fashion) and Lynn never complains. They do an awesome job, they really are the best. Very personal experience. NOTE: To the woman who rated 1 star and went ranting about puppy mills, either you’re spamming anything that looks like a pet shop or you went shopping for a dog in the wrong place. This is a groomer. It’s no wonder you had a poor dog-shopping experience.

We bring our double pawed cat here to get his claws trimmed. They are friendly knowledgable and my cat doesn't have time to protest because it is done as quicly as possible and with such care that he is not so nervous. *edit they are so gentle that i never even hear the dogs barking. Update* sadly a couple days ago, Pat , our cat passed away. I want to Thank the staff at Pick Of The Litter for always making Pat comfortable, and for their kindness and interactions with us and Pat. I will always remember how much he was loved and "he has beautiful feet. Bean toes" his extra toes. I'm just remembering the words they used to describe our cat because I'm beyond sad. He will be missed for sure
