We've been taking our yorkie-poo to Clover Pup Salon for 2 years and are very happy with the service and the staff. His coat feels MAGNIFICENT and looks so velvety and he smells so nice after we pick him up. I highly recommend Clover Pup. Reasonable pricing too.
I have always been able to do my own dogs toenails until Sasha. This dog won't let me TOUCH her feet. But then I bring her to Clover Pup Salon to get her toenails done any my dog is literally giving kisses while they do her toenails. I don't know what kind of magic this place has, but I will never go anywhere else! <3 <3 <3
I showed up late, and they still took my dog—I was amazed! It was definitely my fault. This was her first visit to the salon, so I was a bit worried, but they said she did great. She looked great and smelled even better. Thank you for taking such good care of her!
Their customer service is bad. The girl with the dirty, colored braids is always rude. She has no customer service skills nor people skills. She seems very unhappy every time I go there and is unapproachable. That is not a good trait to have when you deal with people. After 8 years going there, I've had enough. Paws Up on 4 Mile Rd does a fantastic job and they are friendly. Ask for Carrie.
Shout out to the Staff at Clover Pup for the amazing work the do. They have been very gentle and providing couching tips.
Love this place. April, especially, really takes time to educate you and treats your dog like her very own. So glad I found Clover Pup.
This is now THE only place I will take my doggies for their grooming needs. The ladies there are super nice, the place is very clean, didn't smell like a dog foot when you walk in, but was a little confusing getting to the counter for the first time because there are so many doors.. (hehehe) My dogs haven't been groomed in over a year, and this group of girls made them look amazing! AND the cost was way less than I had expected. I have a newfie, and other places were quoting me a cost that was equal to what I was charged for BOTH of my dogs at Clover Pup. I cant recommend this place enough. So glad I made the call. You guys have another customer for the life of my pups!
