PetSmart Grooming

Absolutely terrible. Booked an appt for a bath and brush with the holiday package. Instead of starting with a bath which was the main reason he was there, they started with his paws. When I already informed them that he gets nervous when you touch his paws beforehand. They still went and started on that first, only then to tell me hes too anxious for them to continue the rest of the appt. No where else ive taken him for a bath started with his paws and not the bath. The only plus side is I wasn't charged for the nail grinding of his front 2 paws. Wasted my time.

The Manager Ryan at this grooming salon is an absolute disappointment. I have groomed my dog Paris at this location at least 4 times in the past. On Saturday, she had an appointment for a grooming. The lady that Paris is familiar with no longer works there. My dog was not familiar with anyone at the salon so she growled when they tried to put the collar on her. Regardless to say I was there for less than 3 minutes.and Ryan said they could not take her. I was quite okay with this because Paris seemed scared and was trying to leave. It is what Ryan did next which was so unprofessional. He went to the hotel and daycamp to inform them that my dog was vicious. Now Pais has been boarded and does daycamp every day at the hotel and never ever shown signs of being vicious. The ladies were quite surprised. Paris has been attending daycamp for the past two years. I spend thousands of dollars at this hotel and daycamp. Regardless to say, Paris has been groomed by a new company. Petsmart grooming will never ever see my dog again. Ryan needs to be trained in spreading vicious rumors about my dog that he saw for less than 5 minutes. I will never use this grooming salon again. Ryan needs to be trained in customer service and professionalism. He is the worst Manager I have ever come across. Thank God the people at the hotel are quite familiar with Paris.

Riley was so pleasant and had such great advice on petcare. She seems to really care about all of the animals, even the less popular ones!

Our family has been using PetSmart Millbrook road Raleigh grooming for about five years. Our miniature poodle has several medical issues and Ryan and his staff have been very professional and provided excellent care for Sparky. I recommend using them in confidence. Doug Raleigh NC

Confusion about admitting a dog for boarding after my friend called them 3 times. Poor communication and unfriendly words used with an autistic person who has boarded her puppy at another facility before and tried to explain.

Called in to see if there were any cancelations. We were told to bring our dog in by 2pm. We arrive by 2pm and we wait at the door for another customer to drop their dog off. We immediately walk in at 2:02pm and the grooming rep tells us we have to reschedule! So unprofessional. We will definitely not return!
