A main complaint comes of service advertisement. Over phone, they will claim one price before raising it when services are complete. There is also the issue of quality. If a service intends to quantify their full grooming care to high prices, they should ensure a clean cut and cleaning without leaving your pets scared or anxious on pick-up. My own dogs came with a shoddy cut and were anxious when I picked them up. And when paying for services, they did poorly in explaining how they charged services while claiming to be the cheapest in Rancho Cucamonga. False advertisement, there are other dog grooming services that provide cheaper prices with much higher quality in grooming and pet treatment. Gave this place a chance to prove its worth. Sad to say, it was a disappointment. To anyone choosing a grooming service worth your time and best for your pet, don’t waste a dime here.

I love this place! The owner is always friendly and they take the time to explain what my dog needs, fair prices, always available when I need an appointment. Always a good time for my dogs and I. 🙂

Took my dog for grooming. My dog came home with razor burns on his neck and hind leg. There were bumps all across his back, they were ticks. BE AWARE IF YOU TAKE YOUR FUR BABIES THERE!!!

A client of mine recommended me to this place and let me tell you, the owner was an absolute sweetheart! She really took her time grooming my two pups. One was a cut and wash, and the other just a wash. She was so kind and gentle with them, and they came out looking happy and so clean. She is very well priced and so caring with the animals. So very thankful I found somewhere I can take my pups and know they’re in good hands!

I took my pomeranian, Rocky to Bella’s grooming boutique for the first time and I was amazed by the quality of their service. They were very attentive to my needs and gave Rocky the best haircut ever. He looked like a fluffy ball of joy after they were done. They The staff was friendly, professional, and gentle with my dog. I Recommend bellas boutique so much !! I brought my doggie Thursday, the attention is wonderful and the way she makes sure my doggie feels comfortable.
