I will never come to this PetSmart for grooming again. My appointment was canceled after I had already arrived, with staff telling me that my appointment was at 6 PM and they close at 8 PM. If that was an issue, why wasn’t I called ahead of time? I clearly listed that my dog is a Husky when I booked the appointment. Instead of taking responsibility, they told me that next time I should call to confirm before coming, which makes no sense—what’s the point of booking an appointment if it’s not honored? In my past experience, the groomer, Madalyn, claimed my dog was "aggressive" and trying to bite her. I have never had this issue before with any other groomer, not at PetSmart, not anywhere else, and my dog has never been scared of a groomer or person—except her. I usually groom my dog myself unless I truly don’t have the time, so I do not believe this assessment. It makes me question what actually happened during the session. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I will not be returning, and I’m seriously considering canceling my Banfield membership as well. PetSmart used to be reliable—what happened?
This is a great place to bring out dog for the grooming. Lali was the greatest, she did such an amazing job and our dog loved her. Would highly recommend Lali.
UPDATE: MY Papa Jack past 07/19/2024. Papa was there numerous times. The professionalism and care of my fur baby was excellent. Thank you. A Momma With A Shattered Heart Papa Jack has a new groomer!!! UPDATE: 08/2023 Papa is groomed in 30 minutes or less. (A provided service. Ask!!!!). My fur baby has now been going there for months. All staff are professional. Caring. Sensitive to Papa's disability. GROOMING DEPARTMENT YOU ROCK.
Take my bulldog here fair price I always check that he gets what I asked for is done not a issue so far laly is who I request dog is happy here
Great service, got an appointment same day, they did an awesome job on my pup.. he was very excited and happy when we picked him up!!
Paid for services unrendered. A while back ago I had gotten the nail grind for my dog and when I got her back her nails were just as sharp.
