All Pro Pet Spa

Paid for my brother-in-law's cat (Leo) to get dry shampoo, nail clipping, and asked for dental cleaning, but told cleaning is only done if pet "allows." We were pleased to learn by Deb, the owner, that she would also clean Leo's ears. We were told to drop off Leo next day at 7am, which we did but when we called at 10am (THREE HRS LATER), Deb said they hadn't even started on Leo yet because they start dogs 1st at 9am. We waited outside spa and they finished by about 10:30am. I said: "You didn't leave Leo in his carrier for 3-1/2 hrs, did you?" Deb said: "We have larger kennels in the back in our a cat room where they can play and move around." However, after bringing Leo home, we noticed 3 days later, Leo had a slight limp on front right paw that increased, so we checked & that's how we discovered they didn't clip a nail on his front paw & didn't clip any of the nails on either of his back paws. When I called to ask why, Deb said "because he wouldn't let me." Guess she forgot to mention that when we dropped Leo off (that nail clipping is done IF pets allow) and when we picked Leo up. Now we're sitting in animal ER to see why Leo's having pain in entire right side (front & back legs).

Aspen and the team are exceptional with my high energy doodle. They have been working patiently with Penelope for months and every visit gets better!

Great cut! Great people! GREAT PRICES. My puppy is very shy around people. We dropped her off for her grooming and when we came back she was happy, jumping and running around the place. They put cute bows in her hair and a matching scarf. Best place ever.

What can I say? Love love love these people. My little 6-month-old puppy has been to the groomer two times before and was basically fired because she wouldn't let them touch. Her face came back with her first haircut that included her face. They did a great job for a new puppy that was scared. I will definitely visit them again and again and again. Also very reasonable.

I love it here! The only place Ive found that listened to me and cut my dog hair perfect!! Deb also done my cat and she changed her!! ♥️♥️♥️ She is the most loving and playful kitty!! Thank you!! You ladies are the best!!!

I’ve been bringing my standard poodle here for a few years and am always impressed. The pricing is fair and he is always excited to go back with the ladies, so I know they treat him well too!

The staff is very friendly and caring! They really love my dog! They take great care of my dog while he gets groomed! I highly recommend this business!
