Petco Grooming

Been going to Petco for better than 2 years for our dogs grooming. Hailey has always been his groomer, and I can't say enough about her. Scout loves going to see her and as always, she does an exceptional job. The store staff is nice as well!

Their "most experienced" groomer INJURED MY DOG. She manhandled my corgi in the worst possible way when picking up up/down during a simple routine nail cut & buff. I was helpless just to watch due to their sound proof glass and the fact that they don’t let you in the back with your dog. The groomer, Amanda, picked up my corgi with one hand on his soft stomach, forcing all his weight and then some, onto his soft organ and up into his body. For somebody with "lots of training", "25 years of experience", and "handled many corgis before", Amanda showed that Petco Grooming has NO CLUE how to handle small, longer dogs, and that I can’t have any trust over their employees if their training leads to this. Not to mention my dog’s nails were barely trimmed & were buffed, so from a health/parenting perspective, his nails could’ve been cut down more to help them not grow back so fast. But from a visual perspective, his nails looked goofy and not anywhere near show quality. And fyi, my corgi has his nails cut bi-weekly, he’s very well taken care of. Petco Grooming sucks. Local groomers will let you back with your dog PLUS won’t charge you for both a nail cut & buff when they only need a buff.

I knew Molly needed a good haircut because she hadn't had one for very long time so I was glad when I saw her how well she looked the groomer really did a good job she had her work cut out for and I do think I will be back probably in a month or so so thank you I was asked about the price I don't know what I do have one dog that goes to another groomer and she charges me $50 so but she is not Pomeranian and like I said this Pomeranian really needed a haircut so anyway thank you very much

I always take my dog to the Exeter PETCO and see Chelsea- she’s so friendly and professional and does a great job with grooming and nail care for my dog.

Chelsea is the best and cares for our dogs and cats like they are part of her family. My new dog Koda is so happy that she now has Chelsea as her grooming consultant LOL. Thank you Chelsea!

Autumn was well groomed and wagging her tail in happiness. Thank you for taking such good care of her.
