I received the full service for both of my miniature poodles. There are only two groomers, so the setting is very calm and inviting to my two babies. The cut is far beyond what is expected and my babies never have razor burn on their faces or feet. Sasha is a perfectionist both with their groom as well as the sweet atmosphere! Highly recommended, in fact I would never take them anywhere else! Oh, be on time with your appointments. They will make sure to be accurate with the time they tell you to come pick them up! No sitting and waiting here!
We love the Puppy Cut! Sasha grooms 3 of my dogs and always does such a great job! Chen grooms my bernedoodle & he is also amazing! I highly recommend both of them!

Chen is AMAZING! My pup Pippa is an anxious terrier and Chen keeps her calm and treats her like royalty. We have struggled to find a groomer but Chen takes one dog at a time and is quick and thorough. Pippa no longer hates getting groomed!! Even though we have moved 35 minutes away, we still come back! So thankful for Puppy Cut🐾❤️
We love The Puppy Cut! Tiffany always does a wonderful job with our bichon, Charlie. He is a nervous little guy but she is so gentle and patient with him! We won't go anywhere else. Such a cute little shop with easy parking/access, good pricing, and wonderful work!

Do not recommend for double coated dogs. I am a new dog owner and was worried about my dog getting warm this summer. I took in my double coated dog and was unfortunately unaware that you are not supposed to shave them. I wish I had educated myself more prior but did not know. I told the groomer my main concern was overheating so do whatever is needed to keep my dog cool. There was no mention that shaving my dog would actually ruin his natural temperature regularization. I don’t understand why this business allows this. Maybe they are also uneducated on this like I was but I trusted that they knew what was best for my dog and regret having them groom my dog.
