Petco Grooming

My Bernedoodle looks adorable! He has been groomed at Petco since he was a puppy and he gets amazing attention and service. Thank you Petar for being such a wonderful and caring grooming technician. Benjamin and I are very grateful for your help! 🐶❤️

Nayeli did an incredible job with my dog Wizard. It was only his second time being groomed but he fell in love with her instantly and I could tell her kindness towards him was genuine. He left looking so dapper and smells amazing. We will definitely be back!

Brianna is amazing!!!! She is proud and so knowledgeable of her work and of pets. She is always attentive and shows love to my fur babies. I've been going to her for many years now. I only have one issue and that is with the check out process. The line is just way too long when I want to check out. There should be an option to check out from my phone so I can just present receipt and one should pop up in your system.

I have been using this same location and groomer for 6 years! Taking my pup in is the best spa day for her! I always make an appointment with the same groomer to make sure my pup is at ease during her special day! I am never disappointed with the length of her cut, the scents offered along with the packages make every visit fun and unexpected. Finally when it is time for her to be picked up, she is her friendly self and more excited to show off how beautiful she looked!

The grooming experience itself was great. The problem we encountered was with one of the personnel. We had been waiting 2 and a half hours for the grooming appointment to complete. My wife asked if she could use the restroom. Initially the cashier asked his coworker for the restroom key. He looked at us and immediately stated that the restroom was out of order. They have 2 restrooms. 1 for employees and 1 for customers. As we were going downstairs to pick up our dog, my wife asked another young lady if she could use the restroom. She immediately opened the restroom door and allowed my wife to use it. The employee who lied and said that the restroom was out of order claimed that he was I instructed not to allow customers to use the restroom. It seemed to me it was more than that. Since he looked up and saw that we were African American, he'd had a problem with allowing us to use the restroom. My wife is a 71 year old Diabetic, who has to use the restroom frequently. I believe the employees name is Anthony or Tony..

Bri does an amazing job and the dog comes home spectacular looking and happy as soon as we pick her up, every time!

Did not finish the nail trim job of a 8lb chihuahua on Sunday 10/26 at 9:30am. Was fine on the previous visit. Manager/supervisor (male/didnt get his name but starts with letter P) seemed to be steering the groomer away from helping us out. Was giving us a nasty look since we walked in the door. Probably has a bias against or dog. Definitely going somewhere else for the next trim. Gave the groomer a nice tip because she wanted to help and got 3/4 of the nails trimmed but wasn't allowed to continue by likely discriminatory supervisor.
