This is the second time and the last time I will ever take my pet there the heavier set owner that works there did a horrible job on my dog. He looks like a rat. Never have I ever seen my Yorkie look like a long hair rat. Please stay far away from this place.last photo is from first hair cut.
My sister LaShara Henry have been taken our dogs to Ohana Paws for years. It was formally known as Holiday Grooming. The owner Natalie always treated us with respect. However, her mother is and have been always the issue. She (the mother) always tries and up charge us and seems to not follow instructions. I brought my dogs Spike & Spicy in today for the same cleaning the always get. I wanted my girl baby Spicy to have a ponytail so, I have grown the top of her out for some time. I told the mother not to cut the top of her for she is getting a ponytail. I pick my babies up and what do I see. They cut Spicy hair at the top and I'm very angry about it. I said not to cut it and she even wrote it down and still my girl ponytail is now gone. Not to mention this business has changed the operating hours. No longer can take them in on Saturday. I am tired of having these issues with the mother so, I will be leaving and finding somewhere else to take them.
Completely dissatisfied with the service I received. Should have listened to my mom when she said it was Holiday Pet with a new name. Took my dog there for a shedding service with a wash. Paid $130 and they did neither of the services and said your dog was not compliant so we could not complete them. But still took all my money for something that was not provided. When I called they were not helpful or understanding. Recommend going to Messy Paws in Fontana where they actually do what they say and are very good.

These groomers are the best, when I pick-up my poodles their not stressed, but neat, clean and good smelling Thank you groomers
Natalie takes care of my Yorkie Mr Toto always Hooking him up with a good haircut And keeping him clean I trust her and her crew with no problem.
