Doggone Gorgeous

I love taking my GS dog there and Ashley does a fantastic job bathing and brushing out her long hair.... Shop is in a great area, plenty of parking and great hours.

I've taken my Yorkie here twice to get groomed, and it's been a consistently good experience. The groomers are quick, thorough, and follow direction to a T. They're also very sweet and compassionate with my pup (who hates getting cleaned up). I definitely recommend this place!

Business must be booming because they aren’t able to answer calls on multiple attempts made or return messages which were left four days ago. In the event you aren’t taking new clients kindly communicate that on the voicemail recording. One has to wonder how clients get in touch regarding appointments, questions or issues.

They were very responsive to my text message inquiry and scheduled something for my corgi! Once there the groomer was very friendly and had no problem charming my nervous dog. She was done in 45 minutes, and my corgi came home adorable in a cute bandana and free dog treats. Very affordable, will come again!

Got my boy in same week, cleaned him up very nice. Hard to do with a 135# Irish wolf hound who does not like grooming, but they nailed it! He even came home in a good mood, no pouting at all.

I called and left a voicemail to get in to have my dog groomed. She has all her shots, which I told them in the message and I never received a return phone call. I can understand being busy right before the holidays, but not even a return call to say they are all booked up and not able to take new clients at the moment or to get me scheduled at a later time? This unfortunately speaks volumes to me about their ability to run a business and if they are not responsive to me, then how will my dog be treated? They should worry more about treating people right, as opposed to your perfect review status on Google.
