Amazing job!!! I believe my baby’s groomer was Thais and she was absolutely amazing. Explained the whole process with me, and super lovable with my baby. She made my Custard look so handsome!!! Already scheduled Custard’s spa day for next month!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this grooming salon. Every visit feels like an opportunity for unnecessary upselling over the smallest things. Despite booking appointments well in advance, they are consistently late and highly unprofessional with scheduling and communication. What frustrates me the most is the grooming itself. Instead of taking the time to properly groom my dog, they immediately push to shave her down completely and claim she is "matted" when she only has a few minor knots here and there.. something that can absolutely be brushed out by a groomer willing to put in the effort. It honestly feels like they choose the quickest, laziest option while still charging premium prices. A good groomer should prioritize the dog’s comfort, appearance, and proper care - not take shortcuts just because it’s easier and faster. I expected professionalism and quality care, but unfortunately this place delivers neither. I do not recommend.

My dog is a rescue and he is anxious when being away from me, but I feel like they do a great job at getting the style in groomed that I want as well as making sure my dog feels loved and Safe. I have been going to them for a little over a year now I bring my dog faithfully every five weeks the groomer I booked is with Suzi. She does an awesome job. He always comes out looking like a brand new dog if you’re looking for a groomer this is the place to go. 10 out of 10 will book again.

Amazing service! Asked for a "teddy bear" cut for my 10 y/o shorkie and he looks like a puppy again! Highly recommend. Quick and professional service. I will most definitely be coming back

If you need your dogs teeth deep cleaned, you absolutely need to come here and request this service. It’s hard to keep up with plaque build up and going to the vet and doing a whole procedure is too much for him and I. This is the best alternative and it’s all in one spot too 🙂

Can't say enough good things about this place! From the moment we walked in, I felt completely at ease, and more importantly, so did my puppy! Suzie, our groomer, is absolutely amazing. She’s so gentle and patient, and my pup actually enjoys going in for her grooming appointments. Sherry, the owner, is equally wonderful, super warm, professional, and incredibly organized. Booking an appointment is always a breeze, and they’re great about accommodating our schedule. The whole place clearly loves what they do, and it shows in how they treat both pets and their owners. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a groomer who truly cares.
