I had a great experience with Mitzy. She was kind, patient and clearly cared about my puppies comfort. The grooming was done beautifully, and the price was very good for the quality of service. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending to others.

Scheduled an appointment with Mitzy to give our kitty a lion cut and it was a complete waste of $90+. We are all about supporting local business but should have known something was a miss with the interaction we had. Our intention was to have a professional preform a cut which Mitzy said she could do. When we arrived for our appointment it was quite confusing where she was located due to very poor signage. Image displayed below. During check-in we were asked to provide all the details about our kitty again which we already provided. Then asked to sign waivers stating she might not be able to preform the cut but still be charged. Her additional question seemed judgmental then anything else asking why we had her front paws de-clawed and why we wanted a lion cut in the first place. We should have cancelled right then. Lo and behold about an hour and a half later Mitzy messaged us that she was unable to preform the cut but bathed and did light trimming. When we arrived 30mins later and our kitty was not ready, still wet and hacked up from a partial cut. We stated our disappointment and Mitzy offered a recommendation to another local groomer. We didn’t need another recommendation, we needed Mitzy to be the professional we thought she was. Would not attempt her service nor her recommendation for any felines!

Mitzy did so good on our puppy’s first haircut. She was very attentive and professional. Loved all the little details that she did like the pony tails and bandana. Was a very lovely surprise. Our puppy came home looking so cute and happy!
