PetSmart Grooming

I have taken my dog to get groomed here a few times and it’s good but the last time I took her, they called me and hour after dropping her off and told me to pick her up because the lady didn’t want to groom her because her fur was tangled. My dog is a Siberian husky and she has long hair, they have cut a few knots of hair off in the past but this lady insisted on shaving her entire body for a knot on her neck… huskies are not supposed to be shaved unless medically necessary. The groomer was rude as well and my dog also felt scared with her and she usually doesn’t act like that. I was very upset and didn’t have her groomed and picked her up. The groomer my dog got was named Alexa. I’ve never had an issue besides with this particular person. I took my dog to another groomer and they had absolutely no issue grooming my dog.

I always buy my reptile food and supplies from petsmart their staff is super kind and helpful. I also have bought dog and cat and even ferret items from them and they are amazing. The store is clean and nice and never has a foul odor which is great! I’ve bought a bearded dragon from them as well as shes healthy and sweet shes on the hyper side but thats no problem. Overall this is my go to petsmart I recommend this place!

Worst place to schedule an appointment for grooming! If you schedule an appointment on their website and they don't have cat groomers that day they will move your appointment without notifying you! This happened to me twice! Total waste of my time!

do anything for your pet.i don't think so my dogs paws needed a simple clipping & they could book him for a week

They handed my dogs to me and off leash my dogs at once I never ever have experience like this in other places
