This lovely little lady did such a good job on my Lola. It was her first cut and she is on the hyper side when she gets started. Really happy, the pics are when we first got her so you can see how hairy she was at 9 weeks. She is 4 months now. Llani does not dictate to anyone when to come back just to keep them clean and when you think it is time call her. Super good price too.

Please do judge a book by its cover . I recently took my dog to this groomer, and I regret my decision. Although my dog is typically well-behaved and I often bathe her myself, I was shocked to find nicks all over her body and a part of her ear bleeding when I picked her up. This was incredibly distressing, and I felt terrible about it. I had communicated my concerns clearly when I dropped her off, but I wish I had trust my instincts. The saying "you get what you pay for" definitely rings true here; I would have gladly paid more if it meant ensuring my dog's safety and well-being. I strongly advise other pet owners to think twice before leaving their furry friends in this place.

Please do not take your fur baby to this place. Upon arriving at this place, I felt the picture that is on the website does not truly show the facility. It’s the house next door. The little old lady was really friendly, but she kept insisting that she was going to trim her ears and clean them inside. When we got back my dog looked okay but I noticed she kept twitching her ears. As we were standing there we smelled a strong smell of urine. The lady had left her door open. Two days after my dog kept twitching her ears, so I ended up taking her to the vet and they told me she had an ear infection. My dog has never had ear infections. My normal groomer had to close his facility because of Covid, so I took a chance on this place. Never again will I take her back.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE! We walked in with our dog to the facility. Upon entering, the strong smell of urine and feces was present. Cats were walking around, the floors and walls were filthy. The stench of pee and feces did not go away, and we could tell it had been smelling like this for a long time (not just a dog accident). When we asked to see where our dog would be bathed, the woman (groomer/owner) would not allow us to see where pets are cleaned. We left immediately. There are possible code violations occurring here (I think people live there as well). Please, for the sake of your pets safety (and yours too), do not go here.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! Teresa always cuts my dogs hair perfectly!! My dogs all love her! I have been coming to LOVES for 25 years!

NEVER AGAIN! Not sure why she's rated 5 stars, I've already heard bad things about this so called "Groomer"! Didn't even cut my dogs hair right, left her looking completely miserable! I don't recommend going to this lady for any business , what so ever!!!!

The stench of urine and feces was so strong I almost puked several times. I only barely walked in and had to run out with our dog because it was so dirty and gross. I wouldn't suggest this groomer to anyone.
