Very pleased with the service. I was traveling through Roanoke and needed a nail trim on my dog. Was seen right away as a walkin. The guy that helped was super cool and friendly even though you could tell he and his staff were super busy. Thanks for being gentle with my senior doggo. Happy loves his pedicure.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Called the grooming center to let them know I would be running late and if I could still come at X time. They said that was fine, and as I arrived the door was locked with no one letting me in. I walked around to let my dog go potty and called to see if someone could let me in. I was 3 minutes later than I told her on the phone, and they refused to let me in or groom my dog. I asked the same woman why she didn’t tell me that originally on the phone and she said because I was 3 minutes later so she couldn’t make it work after locking me outside for 10 minutes. Very disrespectful, please learn to treat your repeat customers better. Will not be coming back here as this is a lack of respect and decency to call me back if you couldn’t groom my dog. If you couldn’t make it work by 3 minutes tell me that when I called. Be kinder to other humans when they call to respect your time.

They didn't have either products that I needed. Waiting on sat for another truck to be unloaded. What has happened to buckle collars? I don't trust the others?
