Jace groomed my senior dog and was so gentle with him. I was so shocked at how good he did on the table. I also had my other two younger dogs. Jenna groomed my longhaired Aussie mixed and got so much hair off of her. I love the staff here and will continue to come back because of them.
Alex and team do an amazing job with my overly protective GSD mix. She goes in looking like the beast and comes out looking like Belle. I can’t thank you enough for your hard work with my girl.
Worst grooming EVER!! Dog wasn't trimmed AT ALL on rear legs & butt. I have a Newfoundland and took her in for a comete trim. Horrible job. Charged me for a "shed less" package and I was pulling hair out all over the store. The groomer offered to brush her again. I said I can brush her, she still needs to be trimmed! He said he was finished and I changed the cutting instructions? Nope! Absolutely disappointed. Brought her home and INSTANTLY brushed out a grocery bag full of hair and have done the same for 2 days since. Never heard back from the Manager as I asked to be contacted. I would never recommend this place for a large dog. Groomers have no idea what to and if you seriously call this complete...you're a hack of a groomer. $120 for what?? Learn to take pride in your work folks. Sorry it was too much work. If you didn't know what you were doing, don't start next time.
Bear has no problem coming here to be groomed. He just loves Jace who is a great guy. Highly recommend 10 out 10..
Jace is amazing with grooming my dog Boo love hearing how my dog reacts with Jace , but he still doesn't like his nails worked but Jace always does an outstanding job thank you Jace
Caycee greeted my dog and myself with a smile and a hello. We love Caycee she really is a great worker, very friendly and GREAT with my dog.
Always nice very accommodating i have been taking my dog there for 8 yrs and will never go anywhere else. My dog just loves it there!!!
