Initially, everything was going well. There was one misunderstanding, for which I had already apologized. I asked her if she would be able to take my dog in, and she agreed. However, without any prior notice, she canceled one appointment and declined another. I found that quite unprofessional. In a way, I’m grateful this happened because now I know not to approach her in the future. I never questioned her fees or appointment timings, yet this still occurred.
I have been using Diamonds in the RUFF for some time now and I have zero complaints. Very affordable, always accommodating and so good with my babies. My two dachshunds love Jennifer. They come back smelling so good. 10/10 recommend for your four legged babies needs 😁
Awesome fast service ! My little baby got a groom here for the first time & he came out so handsome , well groomed & seemed like he was handled with great care ! The price was great as well! Will definitely bring him back!
They did a great job on my puppy, I recommend 100%! They left him just how I wanted and were patient and kind! I wish I had found them sooner!! 😊
Jenn did so good with my little one! She took care of my baby after she got out and into a bush of burrs and I couldn’t be more thankful! I will definitely be coming back and telling more people about this great lady

Jennifer is the best in town. My furry babies are like my kiddos and she does the best grooming. I have a 13 year old husky and she so gentle with her. If I could give 100 stars I would.
