Fabulous Lanai Grooming Salon

Our dog went from a Lhasa Apso mix to a gremlin (see photos) when we last went there. They claimed that my dog had an ear infection and they needed to remove all of her hair. The Vet said she did not. They never called us before making this decision. We are never going back. Do with that information whatever you wish. Good luck.

I love the wonderful team of groomers at Fabulous Lanai! I was referred to this salon in 2011 when searching for a reasonably priced and skilled pet groomer for my beloved pup. From day one, my experience has been one of friendly, skilled service. Our dog was starting to get a little bit shaggy and we decided to find a groomer while we were in town. We hadn't found a good one in Denver so were pretty open to try someplace new. We asked around for recommendations but the first couple of places were booked out weeks in advance, so went to trusty google maps and started calling around local shops. Luckily Fabulous Lanai had an opening and Jazz was our assigned groomer. While the Lanai shopping center is essentially abandoned I had fond memories of stopping there as a kid. There used to be a library and I'm pretty sure Suzies burgers got their start there in a little kiosk if it's still the same restaurant downtown. Fabulous Lanai occupies a small, separate building in the back which is hard to miss once you get around the main building complex. The staff there is very friendly and if you're a first time visitor you'll need to fill out some paperwork and have proof of rabies vaccination (and the other shots but rabies shots are mandatory). Jazz did a fantastic job with Teddy and we'll definitely be back. My wife is really picky about his cuts so glad to find a place nearby. Highly recommended!

I have been bringing my dogs here for years, so this review is long overdue. I LOVE this place and the ladies who work there are THE BEST! This is the only place I will bring my babies to be groomed. They treat your dogs like they are family. And, I love the bandannas! They have them for every holiday and they are handmade by Susan.

Great experience and an even better groomed pupper. Just don't expect to get an appointment next day, as it should be though

I have been going to the Fabulous Lanai Dog Grooming with all four of my poodles. This has been pretty close to 25 years!! This is one of the most established pet groomers around. The original owners daughter Susan runs it now. They are so gentle and caring with every dog. Very professional and always keep their appointments. I love them. Blanche is my Standard Poodle girl and she is very fancy. They do all sorts of breeds and all sorts of cuts. Love them Susan Founder of the Capitol Poodle Club.
