Paw Paws

Was able to get an appointment for a short notice for my mini schnauzer and I appreciate it very much. Requested to have a teddy bear face cut and a puppy cut for the body but instead the face is like a deer cut. Even provided a photo to copy the cut. When I saw my pup , was so disappointed. For the price I pay , they could have followed my instructions and won’t mind paying $85 . The coat is not evenly cut and not properly trimmed . The ears were not groomed. I think the groomer is rushing since it’s the 24th. It’s quite pricey compared to other groomers. Wont use this groomers ever again. First groomed last month ( that’s my pup) and second pic is the cut I wanted for a teddy bear face. Third pic is what I pay for $85 not a teddy bear cut sort of a deer cut. 4th pic is her ears , her ears are not groomed or clean by paw paw groomers. Their service seems to have declined in comparison to the outstanding service they offered a few years ago.

Harley Ann was only 2 hours at the salon. She was happy. The employees seem genuinely happy to be there and were very kind. I'm attaching a before and an after photo.

We are new in the area and this is Killua’s 2nd time! They have done such a great job and impressed of their work. My Siberian husky is not easy but he always comes back well manicured! 🙂 Thank you so much PawPaws!

We love this place we have visited other places and my Yorkie has never came back home as happy as he does coming from here. It's cash only which is fine. This time we had to go super short on his hair, but they usually do a good job, I just wish they can perfect the teddy bear cut for yorkies. I'll let his hair grow back again and try it again.

I had the week off work and wanted to get my dog groomed.. I didnt realize how booked up every groomer was right now. Critter cuts was able to book me on short notice and returned my call quickly. They asked me a ton of questions when I dropped her off and made sure they knew exactly what I wanted. Roxy is a shitzu, Maltese, lhasa apso mix; long hair that mats a lot. She was a bit hesitant when I dropped her off, but they did such a good job and she was so happy when I picked her up! Her coat is so soft and shiny, and I can't get over how cute my Roxy looks! Reasonably priced, 55$ for the full cut and nail trim. Worth every penny! Posted a before and after for comparison.

Love this place! They're friendly, quick, and professional. I've taken my boy Noah here to get his nails trimmed and he's always happy when we leave. I highly recommend.

This place is AWESOME! I am a dog lover and rescue foster home. Of course, I fall in love and have kept a few new furry family members. They have all been the sweetest, most special dogs ever. Like all extra "special" dogs, they begin in fear and sometimes with serious medical concerns. Regardless of their issues, emergencies, and special requests, like teeth, nails, or injuries/treatment spots to avoid, the owner & other groomers are a joy to speak to & despite always being busy, they make and take time to reassure you they heard you and will take great care of your loved one. As someone on a very limited, disability income, I appreciate their pricing too. Another nice feature is if there is any wait, the doggies casually wait/play together in an adorable little area. The babies I bring (young and old) are spoiled and sent home with the ability to look great but still be real dogs doing dog things. That alone is a miracle, as my dogs always seem to THINK they are people! If they were people, I would hope they would be as nice as the folks here! They sure make them look good, so despite their lack of enthusiasm about grooming, they still enjoy the great people who work so hard to make it as pleasant, safe, and worthwhile as possible. I am always wishing I could afford to tip them what they really deserve, but their consistent, gentle, pro care shows they are not in this for money. (I posted a before pic and some afters as well so you can see the great job they do every time, but I was not able to control the order of the pics I posted.) They love what they do, and the furry clients who go there can feel that right away. So will you.
