I use the "bathe your dog yourself " facility there. They provide the shampoo ( you can bring your own) and all the towels you would need. They have a strong blow dryer available. Scrub brushes etc. The tub is large enough for my 80 lb dog and it’s a hydraulic. Easy peasy. For a fee of only $15. I think it is worth it and very convenient. I’ve had to bring my dog in a number of times because she rolled in mud or something worse in our outing. During the cold and rainy months I just don’t feel like bathing my dog at home and have her wet for hours. I like Pet Design. The ladies there are great.

This was one of my best experiences with a groomer in Salem. She was very kind and knowledgeable. The price is very reasonable. My dog who generally has a lot of anxiety when going to the groomer was very happy and relaxed.

Very nice. They did a real good job,my pet has an ear infection and needed the hair away from his ears. They went beyond normal to groom my dog when other groomers wouldn't do it.

We have been taking our two small rescue dogs to Nancy for several years. She works her magic and they come out beautiful!. More importantly, she really cares about the dogs-if they are upset or have any pain that she notices, she lets us know-best groomer we’ve ever had!!

I only use the self wash and it works amazing. I don't use the blow dryer. Soap, towels provided. Sometimes the person before doesnt clean it out but most of the time, its clean. $15 cash only. One dog at a time. Cheaper than coastal, which is $20.

No appointment needed for nail trim, fast and courteous, decent price. Would recommend.

For a 1st visit to a groomer ever this was a great experience. We will definitely be back!
