I’ve been bringing my dog here regularly for grooming for quite some time. Sometimes he gets a full groom, and other times I bring him in for just a bath and clean-up. Overall, the staff has always been kind, and check-in/check-out is usually smooth. However, the last couple of visits have been a bit disappointing. In the past, I was told that certain parts of the service weren’t done because it was "per customer request," but I was never asked to modify or decline any portion of the service. If something is being adjusted from what I booked, I would really appreciate clear communication beforehand. This most recent visit was especially disappointing. It looks like there are still long hairs left in certain areas, and the cut around his face seems rough and not well blended. It doesn’t look as polished as it usually does. Everything else has generally been fine, but the quality of the grooming itself hasn’t been consistent lately. I’m hoping this feedback helps, as I’ve been a regular customer and just want the level of service we used to receive.

Easy to schedule an appointment online. I was able to schedule right away for the next day.And my dog had his first experience with a professional groomer, and it went beautifully.
I’ve been in town for a few months with my dog Bruno and went to Petco. Zariah did our grooming services and went above and beyond with my anxious pup. She is so kind, patient and compassionate. We are so lucky to have crossed paths with her and are truly going to miss her!
We needed our dogs groomed specifically last weekend and went to another location due to unavailability at our regular location. McKenzie was great . Thank you for getting our dogs looking good again.
