Planet Pet Spa

I have been taking my Pomeranian, Koda, to Ariel at Planet Pet Spa for close to a year now, and I truly cannot recommend her enough. Leaving your dog with anyone can feel nerve wracking, but Ariel makes the entire experience so easy and reassuring. She is warm, patient, and genuinely caring. She treats Koda like he is her own, remembers the little details, and always makes sure he leaves looking his absolute best. He comes home happy and perfectly groomed every time. Planet Pet Spa is always welcoming and professional, and you can feel the care from the moment you walk in. We are so grateful to have found Ariel there.

Our dog is a weird mix of unknown strays, so we never know what cut to get him. (People always think he’s a very short retriever.. but he’s too short for that). I asked for short cut to keep his fur more manageable and extend visits and I’m very happy with how cute/handsome he still is.

I have taken my fur babies here 3 or 4 times and every time has been amazing. The staff is so kind and knowledgeable! Ashley is our tech, she is curteous and very attentive. I highly recommend planet pet spa!!!!

Nice and friendly customer service, first time I’ve been there, Kova was done really quick, but only reason I gave three stars is because she still smells like dog! For $104 she should smell nice and clean , hopefully next spa day will turn out well, I will definitely give them a second chance to make it better, Respectfully R. Tabares . Second visit definitely went great, Ashley is an amazing groomer , she took care of all the issues from before and then some , Kova looks and smells brand new (lol) , 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟! I brought my Bichon on Thursday, Miranda was great with him , his haircut looks great. I brought my Maltipoo in the next day. I was worried about him because he is 12 years old and not used to being left. Miranda took great care of him. I will bring them back.

We love Ashley and the amazing job she does! She treats our fur babies with such love and kindness takes the time to handle Imperfections on the skin gently. My Lacey is 17 years old and I wouldn’t trust her with anyone else!! You won’t be disappointed!!

Everyone here is just lovely! Luz did a beautiful job with my Queenie and I can tell Queenie liked her because she didn't go straight under the bed when we got home. We will return EVERY time. Laying down pic is before. Sitting is after. I can see the difference! 🥰
