Unique Grooming

So a co worker recommended this place. To start off I was told drop off early pick up early. I dropped my dog at 805 am and didn't pick her up until 6 pm. My dog isn't a caged dog so to be caged for all those hours unforgivable!!! Then when dropped off I was quoted $105.00 . $65.00 for grooming, $10.00 nail grinding and an extra $30.00 for her being matted. I said no problem. I pick my dog up 10 hours later now to be told the price is $125.00 not only was she there for 10 hours caged, but the groomer nicked her ear and she is traumatized from whatever happened to her. I understand she was matted a little, but damn she has no hair she looks like the taco bell dog now!!! Unforgivable, I immediately called my coworker and told her not to recommend them to anyone else!!! Hell after caging my dog for all those hours and nicking her ear and traumatizing my dog they should be paying me!!!! We will never go back!!!!

I visit my cousins here from out of town and when I come I try to help out with little stuff and taking our poodle Blue to get groomed. Sometimes grooming passes them by but today when I was calling over 10 places and no one would take in our poodle, Unique grooming did and with open arms! Incredibly understand and our Blue loved them! Taking a small matted senior dog is a risky move but then accepted the challenge and Blue looks amazing.

My dog Kodak loves it here, the staff is so attentive and pay attention to detail. You can tell they care about your fur baby. My dog always leaves feeling and smelling good. Would 100% recommend !

They Welcomed Titus When Others Turned Us Away… I’m beyond grateful for Unique Grooming! After being turned away by PetSmart, I was feeling frustrated and unsure where to go next. But Unique Grooming welcomed Titus with open arms — no judgment, no hesitation, just kindness and professionalism from the staff and a huge shoutout to Larry for being informative and kind! Moving forward my fur baby will only be taken care of with unique grooming.

I absolutely love my groomer!! She has the magic touch ..Dog Whisperer indeed! Our Scout-Mae ALWAYS looks ahhhh-mazing when we pick her up, she smells so fresh and clean.. Laura (owner) is very knowledgeable and professional. She knows what she's doing and it shows. Her shop even smells good... My groomer for 2 years strong and counting.. If HIGHLY recommended time and time again..she's apart of my family. Thank you Unique Grooming.

The service is very professional. I love that they love their clients. Sofia goes with them wagging her tail and comes back happy. Thank you all for the wonderful work you do ❤️

I’m sorry I forgot the nice owners name. But I walked in asking for a nail clip on my pug. And she took her in right away. Then after some talking about some skin issues she suggested several things. I ended up getting her a trim down and she looked great and felt awesome. Also helped expose the skin issues and will better to treat her.
