Wow Woof Dog Grooming

I had taken another dog previously years back…i recently got a goldendoodle he is just 3 months and he was getting groomed for the first time at this location…the lady seemed not friendly at all when we dropped him off and even my husband said I dont think we left our dog in friendly hands…i said will see when we pick him up…well when i picked him up the lady had a total different attitude (friendly) she got my dog and showed me he was missing a big chunk of hair and said did you try to cut his hair once? I said no then she said did he get burn? I said no! But it was obvious her clippers fell off her hands and it took a big chunk off my dogs hair where she tried to say maybe i caused it by trying to cut his hair or by a so called burn…i still managed to pay and not make a big scene but she knows she lied to me! And thats unacceptable…i would of honestly liked for her to be straight forward and not lied to me! Accidents happen we are humans we aren’t perfect but her lying is just a big no no!!! I wish them the very best but will never ever bring my pets to them anymore! Its so obvious clippers caused that!

We were on a last minute trip to San Antonio and my dogs needed their haircut really badly, and Wow Woof got us in the day we called. They were taking walk-ins, which was amazing for us. They were very friendly and kind, making sure we got the best haircut for the poodles. Audrey even got her nails painted purple! And they have options for perfume/cologne that you can choose for your pups if you like. They also sell really cute ties and bowties, as well as collars and harnesses. I would definitely take my pups here again when I'm in town.

My dad takes our family dogs here on a pretty regular basis, so I decided to take my husband and I’s dogs to get their "stink" out. Both my big pups were greeted with love and care and taken in upon walk in. A few hours later I came to pick them up and they were SO soft and smelled amazing! On top of that they had cute little bandanas on them. Just a pleasant interaction overall with staff. They know what they’re doing and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Great easy and fast service! Called in the morning and they got me in at the time I wanted. Groomers knew what I wanted and exceeded our expectations. Will definitely be back next time.

I love Maricella and how she grooms and takes care of my milo ❤ He is definitely a difficult groom and she is so patient with him. Thank you Maricella for not giving up on my baby. She is very passionate about what she does and I would definitely recommend her.

Been bringing our Lola here for over 2 years and we’ve never had any issues. They do a great job and Lola is always one happy dog afterwards! 😊
