Melissa was absolutely wonderful! I took my senior cat who was badly matted to grooming for the first time and I don’t know who was more nervous, me or the cat. Melissa put both of us at ease. She shaved off the mats in ten minutes, cleaned up my kitty so she looks great and feels better for the summer. Now she won’t get any more mats for a while, thankfully! Melissa did just the most necessary, super safe and professional, in the quickest time to minimize my kitty’s stress. I was in and out in 15 minutes and the price was unbelievably reasonable! I couldn’t recommend this place more!!!

I don't think you understand completely: the reason this place is so fantastic is because they absolutely and completely do care about your pet (for a lot of us, our family). We went June 2nd with both of our dogs: a great Pyrenees and an Australian Shepherd. The Australian sheared was met with love and cleanliness and care. Unlike other places that simply shove your dog around to get the best water spray, this place works with your pet and his/her body to clean. She now sparkles with happiness and cleanliness once again. Our great Pyrenees was incredibly scared at first (it was his first time at a not-at-home shower since he just out-grew the bathroom shower) and hid while the other dog was being washed. The lovely men and women at Because We Care helped him to calm down and enjoy the shower. They introduced the water slowly and allowed him to realize it was such a great place and that he could relax, just like at home. He relaxed so much that he gave us a celebratory belch to signify he was enjoying the towel dry at the end. We did the "wash and go" method while we waited. Both dogs cost a combined total of less than 40 dollars. I will definitely be coming back. I will definitely be telling others of this place. I will definitely tell you that you should try this place.

We've used them for over a year and they do an excellent job every time, have extremely reasonable prices, and are extremely friendly/personable. Can't recommend them more!!

Great staff and very good prices. I know my terrier mix is a little fussy but she looked so good afterwards. The work is performed in the open in this small shop so you can see how they treat the pets and how patient they are. Definitely recommend this place.

I took my dog(Fidel) for a full grooming and everyone there was so nice and caring! They spent a lot of time on my dog and did everything exactly the way I asked. Very professional, kind, and friendly staff. Special thanks to Nateauna — she was amazing and took such good care of my dog! Highly recommend this place. 🐶💫

Best kept secret! This place is affordable and took extra time on my dog. He is young, so he can be hard to groom if there are too many dogs around because he wants to play. Love that they spent the time to get him taken care of. Will definitely be going back.
