I really like this place. The service is very good and they have a large variety of food and supplies. I have been here a few times to wash my dogs myself and they have everything you need from all different shampoos to blow dryers and the ear cleaning and blueberry facial is included. I also like that the tubs are against a wall so the dogs don’t really see other dogs. It’s downtown so parking is a hit or miss. As for the price I think it was reasonable especially if you upgrade the shampoo it’s not that bad.

Love City Dog! Gary and his super star team are amazing with my little one for the past 9 years. We have also used the self wash service in between grooming sessions. Prices are decent. Location is convenient but parking can be a challenge for those that don’t live in downtown. City Dog has accommodated us in clutch situations for last minute appointments and food selection. All of City Dog’s groomers from our experience are great and take their time and detail with grooming my baby. Alicia makes my dog feel loved and well taken care of. I continue to have a great experience every time I bring my pups here! Ally and Alicia are grooming superstars and always take the best care of Lulu and Wrigley. We've had some unfortunate experiences with other groomers before finding City Dog, so I can 100% attest to the fact that it's not easy to find a quality, talented groomer who knows what they're doing. I'm thankful to have found them! Also, I love all the bulk treats they have available -- Wrigley thinks it's a buffet! The staff is always friendly and we love coming here. If you truly want to take your dog to people who actually care about every dog that walks in, this is the place! They’re very compassionate people that care about the dogs experience and comfort. They do a great job with them even our new to groom puppy. Fantastic place. Only thing that’s a negative is parking. However the trouble is worth it I’d say.

City Dog Wash is amazing! They were so helpful and made both my dogs feel completely comfortable. Super friendly staff, and they even finished earlier than expected. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

We’ve been going to City Dog for years and truly can’t say enough good things about them. They have always treated our dog with such care, and the service is consistently quick, friendly, and professional. I wanted to share a recent experience that really reinforced why we love this place so much. Our groomer called the day before to let us know she wasn’t feeling well and needed to reschedule. While it was a little tricky for us, we completely understood and appreciated the communication. When we brought our dog in the next day, my husband mentioned wanting to be sure she wasn’t contagious, since we have a 15-month-old at home and it’s the holiday season. They kindly reassured us it was allergies — which we know must be especially tough when working as a groomer — and we felt very comfortable moving forward. We also asked if a discount might be possible due to the short-notice reschedule, and as always, they were incredibly kind and said they’d check with the owner. Shortly after, they called to let us know they would be discounting the service, which we really appreciated. To top it all off, when we picked up our dog, they discovered fleas under his thick coat and took care of it with a flea bath without hesitation. He looks and smells amazing, and you can tell he feels so much better. City Dog consistently goes above and beyond, and it’s clear how much they care about their business, their customers, and the pets they serve. We absolutely love our groomer and the entire team — I’m a forever customer at a place that truly sets the standard for outstanding customer service.
