I was looking for a groomer to cut my Brutus's nails! Lisa is a godsent. I arrived to my appointment at 1 o'clock and she told me it's easier if I hold him while she cuts his nails and the back ones easy when she started to do the front ones, he got a little antsy, but within 10 minutes, I was out the door and Brutus. His nails were clipped, and No injuries. She was a true professional, very, very happy.So if you need your Dogs nails clipped Go See Lisa Brutus was happy and so was Momma

I am very happy with the outcome of Benji's grooming appointment, especially since Petco hasn’t been able to take him in awhile so it’s been home baths and he’s not been spoiled in awhile. Unfortunately I forgot my appointment time and began calling the shop from open until i decided to drop by and find out we missed our appt by an hour which was no problem as he was taken right away. Staff wasn’t the most friendly but did a great job and was very accommodating. Don’t forget your appointment time and don’t expect them to answer the phone. Great experience overall and my puppy looks amazing!!!

My pups have consistently come home with cute cuts. One of my dogs is 16 and they noticed the dryer is too stressful for him so they let him air dry. I feel safe leaving them in capable hands!

For our fur baby, critter cleaners has been a great place for a bath and overall grooming. Especially during the quarantine,, the staff has been responsive to social distancing procedures and still maintaining a professional attitude. Thank you for making Parker feel pampered and we love the grooming!
