I cannot recommend my dog groomer, Denisse Serrano, highly enough! My dog absolutely adores her and is always so comfortable and happy in her care, which gives me tremendous peace of mind. Not only is she wonderful with the dogs, but her grooming work is exceptional. She is meticulous, attentive to every detail, and consistently does a superb job. My dog always looks absolutely perfect after every appointment. Beyond her talent and professionalism, she is always positive, kind, and genuinely caring. It’s clear that she loves what she does and truly cares about the dogs she works with. I am so grateful to have found her and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pup!

My groomer today was Asia! She has been taking care of my baby for several months and is amazing! She is very attentive, gentle, very communicative and always a delight to talk to! Today, we got the pampered pooch: nail trim, paw pad shave and teeth brushing and we’ve gotten this done several times before with Asia. Dirty Dogs has become our staple place to go to for grooming after lots of trial and error. And the rest of the staff are very kind and informative!

I’m very disappointed with my experience today. I rushed from work and arrived at 6:50 PM, expecting the store to still be open since the posted closing time is 7:00 PM. I specifically came to buy food for my dog before leaving town, and I won’t have another opportunity. The doors were already closed, and there was an employee (a woman wearing glasses) inside who completely ignored me and didn’t even acknowledge me. I understand arriving close to closing isn’t ideal, but if the store hours say 7:00 PM, customers should reasonably expect the store to remain open until then. I shop here regularly, which made this especially disappointing

I highly recommend Ashleigh Marie for any pups who have anxiety or sensitivities with getting nails trimmed! I walked in and explained my pups concerns. She was so emphatic with my pup Temmie. Also, Informed the staff Alyssa that my pup took some meds1 hour prior. They were all so helpful! I usually come in to wash my pup. Such a clean and friendly environment! We booked another grooming appt for Thursday! Isaac always greets us hello and makes sure engage all the towels we need!

I just had the best experience at Dirty Dog. It’s really cool because you’re able to wash your own dog and they have all these amazing products to help with my dogs fur and even exfoliating treatments. You’re also able to blow dry your dog there. It’s very affordable, but I have to mention that Vince was absolutely amazing in explaining how everything worked to me. We even share a couple different techniques and tips that are best for my border collie mix Henry! Thank you so much for helping me Vince and I’ll see you again in a couple weeks. I’m sure!
