Hot Doggity Grooming

We found Hot Doggity just by chance because it was literally the closest groomer to our apartment and I am glad we did. Our Shih Tzu mix was in need of a cut and a bath - Eileen saw us the same day and made our baby girl beautiful again. Our little girl is blind which makes her a little nervous to visit new places but Eileen took EXCELLENT care of her. We will definitely use her services again and tell our friends!

She did a great job! Everyone is complimenting Dex's new haircut. She is reasonably priced and got the job done pretty quickly considering my pup is not so great when it comes to grooming him. I'm definetnely going back.

Zero stars.... DO NOT take your dog here This lady is so rude and mistreats dogs. There is a high powered blow drier that hits your dogs ear for about 15 minutes and she doesn't care... she uses cold water and if I wasn't there this old woman would have been hitting my dog when he reacted to her hurting the dog. She was not allowed to finish the grooming! I took my dog out of there asap. Do not trust her with your fur pets if you love and care about them. Not to mention the hard metal comb she scrapes on their dry fur to take out the tangles with out detangling shampoo or spray. I am truly sorry I ever took my pup there to begin with. She is rude and called me dramatic and over reacting when I told her to stop the grooming. I almost felt like she would have gotten physical with me too. DO NOT GO HERE!

Hot Doggity grooming is our favorite! Our dogs love Eileen! She is great with animals. She has a knack for calming even the most difficult dog who has had a rough life, & getting them to look their best. We have brought many of our rescued foster dogs, as well as our own pups, and have no complaints. We have also referred others who are very happy with the service.

The shop may be new, but I've been going to Eileen for years and won't go anywhere else. My dog, Mack, absolutely loves her and the special attention she gives. As she is a loving "pet parent" herself, Eileen really cares about Mack's overall health. Her grooming is consistent and always done on time! You and your dog could not be in better hands than with Hot Doggity Grooming!

We have had PetSmart groom our Yorkie from the first time she was groomed. Then the pandemic of 2020 hit and our puppy turned 1 and had to stay home for the next 9+ months. When things opened back up, no one could deal with the spoiled, difficult child our baby had become. Eileen is the only groomer who can get Ruby groomed despite her difficult, pay attention to me.. Even though I hate to be groomed, personality she has taken on. I would never bring her to another groomer unless I no longer lived near Hot Dog Diggity.

My two dogs have been going to Eileen ever since we moved to San Diego. They always look so cute and I know she takes good care of them! She has even groomed dogs we foster with a local rescue for us. Eileen is a true professional!
