Petco Grooming

Thank you, Leah, and all of the grooming staff for making LuLu look and smell gorgeous. By the way, I love the look of the upgraded facility. It's much more spacious. I really appreciate the fact that I can pay for services right there now.

Had a great first experience with my 2.5 year old pup. Leah was great with her. She bathed and trimmed her nails. This was my dog's first successful grooming. As a puppy, she would NOT allow anyone to touch her nails. She was rejected by 4 different groomers so this was a HUGE leap forward in being able to take her somewhere for grooming services.

I have a dog with collapsed trachea and I was told, after making the appointment online 2 days earlier, that they cannot take her because of the malady. They were aware of this problem the 3 times before but now its undoable? And they chose to tell me after I go through the machinations of gathering the dog, her shots record and driving the short distance to the groomer, that they cannot take her! How about a notice on the website saying as much? How about calling to inform me? No, wait till I show up to pop my bubble. There are other ways of restraining her so as not to put pressure on her throat. On the website, when I stated her problem as asked to do, would have been a good time to say "sorry but"! I know I dont matter to the great corporation, they wont be put out about my disgruntled post. I'll find another groomer no problem!

I love the groomer that helped my dog. He ‘s very nice and really told me what my dog needs. I really appreciate the suggestions since I’m confused which one to get but he really explained it well to me. Accommodating staff! Highly recommended! But forgot his name 🙁 Petco you are great! Glad that I used my Petco vital care premier for his grooming and I saved 20%! Win win!!

Axel does such a great job on our pup Tater Tot. He’s still young and getting used to grooming and Axel makes him feel loved and comfortable. Very thorough cleaning. Highly recommend.

while the appointment was not bad, the issue is that they went ahead and made follow up appointments w/o even asking.

Absolute the best in town. We've always gone to the same place on Ashford Street for years. Last time we had a real bad experience. So we came to Petco for the first time for grooming (shave, bath, nails, the pads, face) absolutely the best place. The friendly workers in the grooming and the store made a very nice experience. Our dog came out loving it. Erza did a fantastic job. We will definitely be back!!!!! Thank you Erza and Petco
