Petco Grooming

All my previous experiences with grooming were great. I understand that a Chinese Crested dog is not very common, but I do show pictures of what they are supposed to look like. I had taken three other dogs to this location and the results were always great. This last time I was very disappointed. It was a groomer I did not deal with before. I spoke with the groomer in detail and showed her many pictures of what I wanted my pet to look like. I also specifically told her that she needed to take off all the hair on my dog's ears in order to help them stand up, as well as it is a nicer look. I spent over $100 on this that I had to scrape up. My Bella came back with her ears untouched, not trimmed at all, uneven body trim, a couple of matts that I had to comb off, and a bow to hide the uneven hair on the top of her head. I do not think she was groomed at all above her face. I was concerned when I spoke with the groomer and noticed she did not take notes. Also, in the past, when I have picked up my dogs from the groomer, the actual groomer came out to talk to me. This time the groomer did not even look up or wave. She is not the same groomer that took care of Bella the last time. As a regular customer for many years I am super disappointed. This Petco is far from where I live and I may consider switching to a closer location as a result of this disappointment.

We've taken our two dogs to a few other groomers in the last four years but the groomers at Petco (Ashley) gets it right every time. She is attentive and my pups love her! They always come out right the first time. Other places just don't listen and we end up having to return for a re-do or worse yet, we just flat out never go back. We're super happy we have a place to take our dogs now for everything from a nail clipping to a full-on wash and cut.

We have a large senior dog who has severe arthritis and is in her final months.. Eric was wonderful with her. Not only did he give her a great quality cut but he was very compassionate and conscientious.

Petco Grooming off Sports Arena Blvd was absolutely the best! Liz, the groomer, treated my dog Queen with so much care and patience. She gave her the best wash and a much-needed haircut — Queen came out looking adorable and so happy! You can really tell Liz loves what she does. Highly recommend Liz and this Petco location for anyone who wants their pet treated with love and professionalism!

Brought my dog in for a nail trim and buffing. The appointment went seamlessly. I go there regularly, and I recommend them highly.

Lisa is the best and definitely worth waiting for to get an appointment. She always goes above and beyond. We are happy with the service she provides for our dogs and will see her for the next foreseeable years.
