Samantha always does a great job with my dog xena. She gets really excited to see her now. Nothing but a great experience with the grooming department at petco
Melissa and the GM Jasin were very rude. She completely shaved my puppy and caused multiple cuts and abrasions which were not disclosed to me. They said my puppy had fleas and tried to charge me extra without any proof. They made me pay first and then brought my puppy. Worst experience ever, then the GM threaten me not to come back and he mentioned that he will contact every Petco store in town to deny me any services.
Petco employees are exceptional individuals, and because of their compassion for animals, I have been a loyal customer for at least 20 years. Mercedes, our groomer at the Petco store in Pacific Beach, is absolutely fantastic. My dog loves her, and as long as my dog is living, she will be his groomer.
Brought my little shih tzu Clarabelle for a haircut grooming appointment here. The groomer Jaica did an outstanding job with her. My dog is feisty and difficult sometimes and Jaica was very patient and thorough with the haircut. She listened to what I wanted done and did an excellent job following through. I would highly recommend her to anybody needing grooming for their dog. I know I we will certainly be back! Here's some before and after pics. Clarabelle was SO HAPPY to be free of all that hair and be able to run around and play without getting overheated. Thank you Jaica!!
Reese has been seeing John and Samantha at the PB Petco Grooming center for awhile now and she always is so well taken care of.
my Black Lab’s new fave spa & I didn’t think it was possible but he’s even more handsome after 1st appt 🙂 team is amazing: accommodated immed at last min & provided every (including not often) service I requested with smiles/professionalism! Cece handled phone conversation/booking with confidence & Mercades was Onyx’s stylist. Love you guys/strongly recommend!!!!
As always, I received top service from my groomer, John He took great care of my Golden during the whole process. Thank you John for always going the extra mile to take such great care of all the animals.
