I just moved to the neighborhood and brought my 3 year old cockapoo for a summer cut/bath. I was able to squeeze in 2 days after stopping by to meet the front desk staff (due to a last min cancellation). Carmen was the assigned groomer and super kind and sweet to my Olivia. Price is very reasonable for the area! Very happy and will come back.

Lucy took great care of my pup this time; she was really caring and detailed. She also let me know about some skin and teeth observations as well, which was really appreciated. I really love all the groomers here for my Shih Tzu. When I go there I meet other happy regular clients with all shapes and sizes of dogs and cats. Thanks so much Lucy and everyone else!

I highly recommend Preferred By Pets. My large, fluffy dog always looks phenomenal after getting groomed here. The groomers are always super attentive and knowledgeable about her grooming needs, and are not condescending. My dog hates baths and yet she is always looking great after her groom here and I know they take really good care of her even though I’m sure she is a big baby! I don’t trust just anyone with my dog because of that. It is pricier than Petco and the like, but it’s worth it if you have a dog that needs it!

First time here. His groomer initially mentioned since it was his first visit she would probably keep it longer just in case. We did end up wanting to go shorter and they fit us in within two days and we were so so happy. All the staff was really kind and you can tell they really care about all the pets and get lots of poodle breeds.

Bringing our dogs here for over 6 years and find them to be so consistently excellent! Lucy is the favorite groomer for our German Shepherd, but the whole team takes care of our dogs and Peter communicates very well!

I've been coming here for about 4 years now with my dog Jameson and every visit is a nice experience. They are always very accommodating with scheduling and a quick response time. I can tell they really love animals and I feel very good about leaving my dog with them because I know he is well taken care of. The staff is always friendly and professional. The grooming skills are always on point. My dog comes out looking fabulous. I appreciate a trusted grooming place. Thanks for everything!

Five stars for a reason! My husband picked this place based on reviews and great customer care in discussing grooming our little cute for Mother’s Day. He was already adorable going in but stunning coming out, and had a great experience. So happy to find these folks for our little Tank!
