Priscilla's Grooming

First and last time going here. Haircut was very choppy. I asked for a basic grooming. Their website shows "$50 and up small dogs, $65 and up medium". My dog is 14 lbs and on their website it says small dogs up to 20 lbs. They charged me $70 which is medium sized dog price for basic grooming. Mind you, their "custom grooming" price for small dogs is $65 and up. I wish I didn’t tip but I paid before seeing my dog which is my fault. But they definitely overcharged me for this ugly haircut.

I love this place. Good pricing. I wish they offered teeth brushing as well. I love that they can be fast as well! I've always hated leaving my dog at a groomers for 5 hours. Depending on the complexity of your dog it can take from 2-4 which is much better than 4-5!

I’ve been coming to this groomer for over a year now. They provide excellent service and everyone in the shop is nice and they take good care of your pet!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We have been taking all 5 of our dogs here for the past 2 years. The staff is very friendly and the owner is simply fantastic. Our dogs come out looking cute as buttons, smelly good and always with an adorable handkerchief around their necks. The value for the quality is excellent which is important when you get 5 dogs groomed every month. We also love that they don't have to be there all day. We usually get a call for pick within 3-4 hours which again is great considering there are 5 of them. They are very busy so you need to plan and book well in advance.

Exceptional service! My wife and I took our 1 year old American Bully and my 6.5 mo micro American Bully to get groomed washed fur trim and nails!! These ladies do an amazing job, the love and care and time spent with our fur babies we couldn’t be more happier!! Thank you ladies so much!! Our pups looked like kings so fresh clean cut and even had adorable Xmas themed doggy bandanas around their little necks 💙💙 🐶 🐶
