Pawpitos: Pet Grooming in Castro

This was my first time taking my pup to Pawpito’s and it was excellent! My dog is often extremely anxious about the groomers, but he came out with a wagging tail and a big smile. He only needed a sanitary trim and to get his nails trimmed and they did exactly that! I like to keep his scruff pretty wild and I’ve been frustrated when they over-groom at other places, but not here. He still is wild and scruffy, but a little more tidy around the toes and other areas. Josh did an excellent job and he has the best energy and vibe. I’ll definitely be bringing my pup back!

I appreciate how clean their facilities are and how quick they were! Josh was also super kind and listened closely to what cut length we wanted for Benji (didn’t want it too short but also not too long), so suggested a 1/4 inch cut. Also appreciated that he kept Benji’s mohawk and the shape of his face.

Her palm was so fluffy and smelled so great after his visit at Pawpitos! He was cute before but now he’s extra cute and we can tell he is feeling bonita

Marika was a pleasure to work with. This was my pups first ever grooming experience. I took the time to introduce before the grooming day. She explained how she will take her time. Understanding how this can be overwhelming for a pup. She did a beautiful job on my girl. My pup came back looking like a puppy. So happy running in my arms. Then back to Marika to get more love. The place is clean and I love no cages. There customer service is great with txt communicating on appointments. They even did a sanitary cleanup on my 17 year old Dachshund. He looks great as well with his new look. Highly recommend this new doggy spa in Castro

Amazing customer service. They washed and groomed our beloved little guy with great care and he came out happy and so were we. Highly recommend them and we are very glad that we have this new business in our neighborhood.
