AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE. TRUST ALL THE REVIEWS IN ADDITION TO THIS ONE THAT SAY SO Petsmart has cancelled within 30 minutes of our appointment 9 times now, I kid you not - we’ve been on our way 3 of those times and it’s completely unacceptable - we have the cancellations calls and appointment confirmations to prove it. Slight discounts on future groomings are not worth the frustration of Petsmart not holding to the appointments they book On top of that, their grooming has been subpar any time we’ve been lucky enough to actually have an appointment at the time & day we’ve booked Could not have had a worse experience with Petsmart and their team - will never come here or book again. Truly terribly customer service to cancel appointments with 0 notice, not once, not twice, but NINE TIMES

We’ve come here for more than 2 years now. Always efficient and pleasant. However, today we had a bad experience. Drop off my dog for bath routine. When I came to pick up my dog, since my groomer went to lunch, the lady who helped me check out was total rude. My dog came out with red eyes, (probably by the bath water). When I asked, she said she didn’t know because she wasn’t the one helping. She didn’t say a word, no thank you nor explanation but completed charging my card and walked in right after I put my dog on leash. Not sure if I should come back if there’s this level of service.

Showed up 5m early for an appointment. Waited another 10m. Several employees walked by or made eye contact and ignored me. Ended up going down the street to another place. *edit based on recent reviews I’m glad that they were this bad before I trusted them with my dog.

Ashanti did a wonderful job with my dog, who had only been groomed once before. I appreciated her taking the time to get to know him and his quirks and really listening to what he might need in order to be comfortable. Definitely recommend her to anyone whose dog might need grooming! Thanks for taking such good care of Mango.

My dog has been constantly licking and scooting since going here. They also shaved my dogs full stomach even though it was just a bath and brush. I think they also expressed my dogs glands even though she was healthy and did not need it, or they clipped her while doing a sanitary trim. There was no communication about this after the appointment

Mathew, the pet hotel booking person, had set up my wash appointment twice now and twice got it wrong. First time he mixed up dates & second time the type of appointment. Super disappointing service

They will cancel on you without warning minutes before your appointment and give you a next available option weeks away. Then cancel again. Very unreliable.
