We boarded our dog mogul while we were out of town. Jorge spent sometime on her training to reset a few elements of he foundation and it was great! So glad to have met Jorge and his great training and boarding service! She also I would strongly recommend anyone who needs boarding or training to get to know Jorge and Stanfur’d training!

We had the best experience bringing our puppy in for his very first haircut, which included a wash and a hand strip for his wiry coat. The groomer, Vanessa, was incredibly skilled and did a magnificent job—his coat looks absolutely beautiful! What really stood out was the excellent communication. They were so helpful in explaining the process of hand stripping and what we should expect afterward. We felt completely informed and comfortable. Highly recommend The Doodle for their professionalism, skill, and helpfulness! We will definitely be back.

Vaughn did a great job with our dog. She listened to what we wanted in a groom. Our dog looked and smelled great afterwards. Very happy with Vaughn and The Doodle Shop.

I’m leaving a one star because I paid for a certain service and it was my first experience with this company. I’ve explored a lot of grooming places around the neighborhood and they didn’t explain as to why they were charging me an extra fee just said matting. I pulled their policy and sent it to ask further questions when it should be them explaining this process to me. The person replying gave me an attitude instead of a simple answer. Definitely need to better their customer service towards their clients. Literally just took my dog for a full shave, not a design or extra brushing that I never asked for.

Cute little shop with (finally!) good quality treats for my dog. When your dog has allergies to almost anything (thank you, vaccines), you can't find treats that won't make them sick. Great prices, helpful clerk that knew her stuff.

Very disappointing experience as customer service was at a loss. Initially, the staff member would not allow me to accompany my dog during his nail trim, who has an anxiety disorder, and was very rude. Furthermore, I asked if they could break change for a $10 bill so I could leave a cash tip but told me he could give me change in coins because they hold NO cash in the register? Also, I requested to receive a paper receipt but was offered an email receipt because he couldn’t connect his printer to the register? Lastly, while we were trying to resolve these items, the groomer was holding my dog by the leash and the front desk staff rudely stated "CAN YOU GRAB YOUR DOG!" Clearly customer service was not expressed at all and will not be a future patron! .
