After recently moving to San Francisco, I kept hearing the same recommendation from multiple people: WAGS. And they absolutely didn’t disappoint. From start to finish, the entire experience was professional, convenient, and delivered the highest quality of grooming care I’ve had for my dog, Simba. The staff was attentive, gentle, and clearly cared about my dog’s comfort and well-being. His groomer, Catherine came outside and did a meet-and-greet on Simba’s terms as it was his first time and he’s super anxious. He loved her and was immediately calmer than he usually is when going to get groomed. On top of that, the pricing was affordable and his haircut was so cute — exactly what I wanted! If you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality, and convenient dog bathing and grooming spot in SF, I can’t recommend WAGS enough!! We already booked Simba’s appointments with Catherine for the year (their groomers are quite busy and rightfully so!). Oh, and I loved the wellness report they shared post-groom — made me feel even more confident in Simba’s overall care and experience. It was a nice touch!

Great experience with WAGS for my GSD, Xena. I was a bit anxious going in about the nail trim since she hadn’t been groomed in a while, but the team was patient, gentle, and reassuring. She did great, got along well with the staff and other dogs, and came out looking and feeling much better. Her bath was fresh, her feather trim was neat, and her nails were done carefully and evenly. Would definitely return to WAGS again!

My dog Boomer came in filthy after a long, muddy hike. I wasn’t sure anyone could get him clean without cutting his fur down. But WAGS worked their magic. He came out looking and smelling incredible. His coat was soft, fluffy, and completely refreshed, and you could tell they took their time to make sure he was comfortable throughout the entire bath. The level of care and attention to detail really stood out. The wellness report and notes from the bathing team was also a delight. It’s clear they’re paying attention to more than just appearance and truly care about Boomer’s holistic health. The experience was so good that we’re now booking baths on a bi-weekly schedule. It’s rare to find a place that combines quality, convenience, and affordability this well. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I honestly can’t recommend WAGS enough! This has officially become my absolute go-to for bathing services for Pancho. To be honest, I searched everywhere and tried several different places, but I couldn't find anyone who did as high-quality of a job as they do here. They are meticulous, caring, and Pancho always comes back looking and smelling incredible. The best part? It is very affordable, especially when you consider the level of quality you’re getting. It’s rare to find a place that balances great service with such fair pricing. If you're looking for a spot that will treat your pup right without breaking the bank, this is it!

December 2025 Pass by this place often. Used to be a dog owner of many types of breeds. Pooches here look well behaved and treated well.

Absolutely the best groomer we’ve ever used. My dog came home looking and smelling amazing, and it was obvious they were handled with real care and patience. The cut was perfect, the ears/nails were done flawlessly, and the whole experience was easy from booking to pickup. Highly recommend!
