I want to say: Great experience! I went to other place before, they don't even know how to cut a cute Poodle look. But this place did a really gooood job! Love Kiyomi Pet, my dog looks very happy and smells amazing (some places use very cheap fragrance) when I pick him up.

Urgent Warning - Severe Pet Health Concerns at Kiyomi Pet Grooming I entrusted my 3-pound dog to Kiyomi Pet for grooming, expecting a positive experience. Regrettably, the outcome was distressing, leading to severe health issues for my furry friend. Following the grooming session, my dog exhibited watery and itchy eyes. Despite initial acknowledgment of responsibility, Kiyomi Pet failed to provide the necessary support. The situation escalated, resulting in my dog's eyes being completely shut and swollen the next day. A veterinary visit confirmed a chemical burn, necessitating two weeks of intensive care, including antibiotics. The emotional and financial toll on my family was substantial, yet Kiyomi Pet showed no concern for my dog's well-being. I am deeply disappointed by Kiyomi Pet's lack of responsibility and empathy. This review serves as a cautionary tale for pet owners, urging caution when considering their services. Attached are images illustrating the severity of the situation. Kiyomi Pet's disregard for my pet's health has left me contemplating legal action. Future clients, be wary, and prioritize the safety and well-being of your pets above all else.

My go-to spot for pet grooming! Every visit is a positive experience. The place is clean and smells great, the staff is super friendly, and they really listen to your preferences. I love that they also paid a lot of attentions to my dog’s health and skin concerns, and letting me know how my dog did. Great service all around!

I came here cause they had the best reviews and even though the price is higher than nearby groomers I thought it would be worth it. First thing I'm told when I pick up my dog is that they messed up his ear because he moved. What kind of an excuse is that? I've had my dog for 10 years and that's the first time I've heard that one. Even budget groomers don't make that mistake. Second problem was that after cutting my dogs hair is they did not blowdry the loose hair off. He was shedding loose hair remains everywhere. Poochons don't shed so that's all on them. Third problem is they don't even try to make up for their mistake with any kind of discount for next time or even this time. In fact they looked pretty upset that I didn't tip. I usually do but (Why would I tip when it's a bad job) First and last time coming to this place, for the price and the service I got it's definitely not worth it.

COVID safety as they block off the front and only allow appointments to venture inside. Professional business, good value for the area, and spoke English too! Their response rate was really fast and they have an area to take pictures with your pets after they finish the grooming service. We got a hair cut, bath, nail trim, etc. service. They also offer a Japanese hair cut and other services as an extra charge. We did verify prices, any closed days (2 weeks before), and called to make an appointment on Thursday around 11:00am. I could view they might be busy on the weekends.
