PetSmart Grooming

Generally very good for the type of dog we have and his simple grooming needs. In the six years we’ve been coming the same Service has more than doubled in price - which may be appropriate for the amount of time needed. What would be helpful is every time that I book an appointment that whoever is taking the appointment over the phone just let me rebook the exact same thing my dog had the prior time. Not sure why, but always ends up being a conversation around asking what type of service. Which I always respond, the exact same service had the time before. And that doesn’t ever seem clear, like they talk like they don’t have a record of it but yet they do - anyway. I will continue to use because they’re doing a good job and they are conveniently located. This is not grooming but have used daycare and it’s seems good as well.

They always do a great job with both of our mini doodles and I can always get an appointment when the dogs need their haircuts and bath.

I can’t believe how much she messed up our dogs face. This poor puppy!!! Then they claimed they called us twice and tried charging us an extra $30!!! We showed they didn’t call so they acted snotty and like they did us a favor. In Cali I’m shocked!! Don’t come here

Cats are an odd critter to have a groomed or bathed. And it seems like these people have their hands full in terms of a lot of appointments… great vibe and good service.
