We absolutely adore Karen, the owner and groomer - she takes phenomenal care of our two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels (who jump for joy when they walk up to her door). Further, she's a wonderful human being who is honest, generous, and exceedingly thoughtful. Do yourself a favor and swing by Wig Wag!!

This is a hidden gem dog groomer in San Juan Capistrano…Very calm and clean dog spa. Karen is a terrific groomer. She listens to your dog’s needs and your preferences and delivers an adorable dog back to you!

I wish I had gone to Carol with my 1st two doggies, but am thrilled to have found her now for our little Nikki (Dachshund/Papillion mix.) Carol listens to your concerns & requests, and always does a fantastic job. ~ Our doggy has severe separation anxiety, so Carol's method of grooming only 1 dog at a time works best for us. With other groomers, we've had to leave our dog for several (3-4) hours where they have had to sit in a kennel in-between shampoo, cut, dry etc. But, here with Carol, our pup is ready 50-60 min after we drop her off. I highly recommend her & Wig-Wag Dog Grooming!!

I called to schedule an appointment for our older dog who has an injury and Karen was so kind. She referred me to a clinic that can groom an injured dog. I so appreciate her professionalism and courtesy.
