awesome place! went there for the first time today and the staff was very friendly and helpful, will definitely be going back I had an amazing experience with this owner From the booking process to pick up everything went simple and smoothly. made my dog feel comfortable and did exceptional grooming results by doing exactly what i was asking for. She was very professional in the whole process.

I can’t say enough good things about this pet salon! They’ve been taking care of my little Shih Tzu, Mimi’s, for quite some time now, and I’m consistently impressed with their service. They always leave her looking and feeling fantastic. The owners are clearly passionate about animals, and they treat Mimis with soo much love and care. They always listen to our specific requests and do an amazing job with her grooming. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled groomers for their furry friend!

Had my ‘doghter’, Zahlee, well taken care of at this fine grooming establishment. It was her first time at a groomer’s, granted she walked in nervous and confused, but the good ppl here took their time to calm her and assure she was safe and loved with lots of treats and plenty of pets! ☺️ I love that they encourage pet owners to stay and watch. They are transparent and have nothing to hide. They’re really good with pets and never force nor "man handle" them into the grooming process. Highly recommend dog owners to get their furry loved ones here for some quality pampering!

It's evident that this business prioritizes animal comfort over profit. I'm delighted with their services, detailed explanations, and even the hands-on demonstration they provided for acclimating my dogs to grooming at home. This baby just had her very first grooming experience at The Groom Room. I would HIGHLY recommend. Groomer is understanding, accommodating and a truly wonderful person. Pup looks great and was given the coolest bandana.
