Petco Grooming

I arrived with my dog 17 minutes before his appointment time and was refused check-in until a groomer was available. The employee attending to me was not at all helpful. I was annoyed that no help was provided until the clock stuck 10 AM which was the actual appointment time. I would think Petco would appreciate customers who arrive a few minutes before the appointment to get checked-in rather than arriving last minute.

Luz and the whole team did a great job grooming my corgi! Highly recommended to all and will be back!

Alyssa is a wonderful groomer and my dog not only looks fantastic but isn’t afraid to be in her care. I recently recommended Alyssa to a friend and she’s very pleased too! Also the associate who checked us in and out was very pleasant and helpful

I was very pleased with the grooming of my dog recently. She is a curly goldendoodle and her fur is challenging to keep up. I believe it was Alyssa who groomed my dog "Honey."

Much better experience than my last one. Was done in a timely manner (faster than normal) and wasn't charged an egregious amount of extra fees like last time ($80 for extra brushing the last time I went. Never charged that before). Luz did a great job and will be bringing our dog back to her again.

Rachel was great with Bisou and she looked adorable. The extra $20 was a lot but helped our day go smoothly by getting Bisou back after 1.5 hours (VIP treatment). All the specials do add up though..

Only take our maltipoo there, always with Alyssa. Perfect grooming every time. Thank you!
