Rockin Pawz Grooming

I found Rockin Pawz for my out of control shedding machine white lab. She was so sweet to Chief and he came back perfect. She did a shampoo, conditioner, deshedding treatment and trimmed nails Thank you Rockin Pawz

She was very careful and kind with our shepherd mix shadow! Couldn’t recommend her enough!

We were a client for about six months, very happy, and then out of the blue, last month she dropped us and told us she would no longer be cutting Our dog’s hair. I reached out several times asking her what in the world I couldn’t possibly done, but she did not bother to reply. As an FYI, one time when I dropped my dogs off, when she opened the door, a huge blast of cigarette smoke hit me in the face, I did mention to her that if they could please refrain from people smoking in the house when I drop my dogs off because I am highly allergic. Her defense was "this is my parents house. I’m running a business out of their home." So be forewarned. I hate to leave a one star, but she couldn’t even bother to let me know what the reason was for dropping us, therefore, I feel justified in leaving a one star review for her business. Sorry. I do have a screenshot of our Facebook messenger conversation where she said she was dropping us and then my two subsequent follow ups asking what in the world it was that I did to deserve that without a reply if anybody wants it. Please keep in mind that we were happy with her grooming services. It’s the way that she ended our relationship is why I’m leaving the one star review. I wanted to jump back on and add to my review since she responded… I have no idea what she’s talking about with boundary issues, she did not let me know to text her or call her when I arrive to drop my dogs off so I went up and knocked on the door… I did not learn of this rule until the second or third time she groomed my dogs. As far as scheduling conflicts, I have no idea what that means as well. I had appointments and showed up to them on time or a few minutes early. Again, I’m so sorry to leave a one star review, but to be dropped by a business like this is quite shocking even if you do reserve the right to do that. Had we had a conversation about any issues you’re perceived on my end I could’ve easily apologize and we could’ve rectified it even if you continued to decide to drop me as a client I would’ve taken the news much better. Here is a suggestion, when someone is a new client please make it clear them that when they pull up, they need to text or call you and not come up and knock on the door or to hand the dogs over for grooming. It’s all about successful communication when you run a business. Good luck with your business!! And we have found a Groomer that we love since we were dropped by your company. Thanks.
