Petco Grooming

My doodle Maple just turned 6 months old. Up until now, we've just been getting the puppy cuts. I was excited and a little anxious about her getting her first big girl cut, but after speaking with Chris C., I felt confident that she was in capable hands. I told him what I wanted and showed him a pic for good measure, and by the time I got the call, she was ready for pick up, I was so overwhelmingly impressed with how good she looked! I can't get enough of how cute she looks and we'll definitely be back in 6-8 weeks! Thank you!

It was a great experience until I got to the register and explained that I had a free grooming that could be applied to one of my two dogs grooming today and instead of assisting me, I was advised they don't know how to do that and the GM is out. So in this economy with gas prices at record high that was unacceptable. Anyways I canceled both of my pets vital premier and moving on.

I had an appointment for 9 AM to groom my two dogs and arrived on time. At 12:45 one of the dogs was still not fully groomed. As a result, she had a seizure due to the stress of being at the groomers for almost 4 hours and still not finished. My dog is only 3 years old and has no health issues, and has been groomed many times at the groomers where I previously lived. The stress of being at Petco for an unexplained excessive time brought this on. She is fine now, but I would never take my dogs back. There is no explanation why it takes over 4 hours to have a bath and haircut.

I had a great experience with Chris grooming my dog Milo. Everything was done absolutely perfect with no complaints. I would definitely come back for him to groom my dog again!

Jen is the most caring and compassionate groomer ever. She has groomed my shih tsus for almost 5 years and they love coming in for a "haircut with Ms Jen". 10/10

Always a great experience my dog loves Jennifer and gets to see his trainer Laura . All make him happy. It is a great team of friendly people who love animals.
