Joni was incredible easy to work with to get my senior long haired cat groomed. Scheduling was easy, I was able to fill out the health form prior to arrival. My cat Willow has never looked better after a haircut. She seemed to be in a really great mood afterwards as well. I had a few questions about at home grooming which Joni was happy to answer and I was also able to purchase some new grooming tools from her. (The stuff they carry at big box stores like petco suck and I never actually knew what to buy) She did a fantastic job with my baby, 10/10 would recommend, Willow and I will be coming back.

What a wonderful grooming experience our rabbit just had! Our rabbit is about 11 years old and has never had a professional grooming. She’s a large breed who constantly sheds and it’s very hard to keep up with her grooming needs at home. However, she never leaves our house and I was really worried she was going to be scared at the groomers. Pampered Paws and Ponies did a *phenomenal* job with her. They were so kind, gentle, and careful with her. She has a very thick undercoat and they did a great job removing all her extra "fluff." They cut her very thick nails, cleared her anal glands, and took amazing care of her. My bunny never seemed scared, and I was so impressed by the kindness they showed to my rabbit. They did a great job, and I highly recommend them for all your rabbit grooming needs!

Fantastic pet care. My first interaction with them was on-line and the were responsive to my question. Drop off and pickup is curbside via text messages. Staff was kind, pleasant, and helpful. I like being able to pre book my cats next appointment and method of payment is fast and trustworthy via secre pay platform. So greatfull I kept searching for the right place and people to trust for my cats care.

I had a great experience with Joni. Communication was incredibly easy and efficient via text, which I really appreciated. My cat is a senior and had some matting that I wasn’t comfortable trying to handle myself. Joni was gentle, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. She handled his matting gently, gave helpful coat care advice, and made the whole experience stress‑free. He was pretty vocal on the way to the appointment, but didn’t meow at all on the way home. And he smelled amazing! I truly think he felt so much better afterward. I would absolutely recommend Joni to groom your pet.

I took my two 16.5 year old sister cats to be groomed by Joni, most excellent experience from communication on her part as well as a job exceptionally done on my two cats. Joni was very friendly, great personality and I could tell she is an animal lover at heart. The keys to me were communication leading up to my appointment and debrief on how my cats handled the dreaded but needed grooming- my cats hate being taken away from their home comfort zone but Joni made it a great experience for them, they came home looking and smelling great! A major plus when she sent me a pic of them after the grooming. I highly recommend her.

Wow. I truly didn’t know what I was stepping into when I started working with Joni. Her application process seemed a little detailed at first, but now I completely understand why. It is so far beyond worth it. The level of care and attention she gives my dog is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I see her every other week for grooming and nail trims, but honestly what I’m really getting is nervous system support, dog training, and a groomer who genuinely understands animals. Joni is such a joy to work with, and I can feel a real shift in my dog’s confidence. I had been grooming my dog myself to save money, and the difference is unbelievable. My dog walks differently. She engages with other dogs differently. She just feels more regulated and supported since we started seeing Joni these past few months. If you want more than "just a haircut," and you want to know your dog is being treated with patience, love, and real understanding, I cannot recommend Joni enough. She has been such a gift to us.

I have two long hair kitties in need of some grooming. They had a few mattings that needed some help. Joni was great in handling them. Coco and Marshall look fantastic and their coats are so silky and very soft. They are happy kitties♥️ Thank you Joni!!
