Petco Grooming

I love my Petco Stylist Katrina and so does my pup Sally. I have never felt so comfortable to leave my baby with anyone and I can honestly walk in and say do whatever because I know my pup will always come out looking amazing and she’s happy Thank you Katrina and Petco

I come to Petco because of Reyann. I don't consider her a groomer but a stylist of my beautiful exotic Persian long-haired cats. I will follow her to the end of the Earth and I'm so glad that now she is teaching others her talents for other stores. Thank you Petco for having her as one of your wonderful employees.!

Took my dog here for a bath today—not sure if they got shampoo in its eyes, but it has irritation, excessive tearing, and can’t even open its eyes properly. Poor handling and lack of care! Had to treat my dog’s discomfort at home. Would not recommend—be careful trusting them with your pet!!

We have been taking our puppy to petco for over two years now, Katrina is the absolute best and our pup can’t wait to go get groomed by the whole team, we appreciate the whole grooming team so much

Yocelyne is by far the best groomer our Leo has ever had. She is the epitome of customer service. She always has a smile on her face and Leo absolutely loves her. Petco is lucky to have her as an employee. We will definitely be coming back here for Leo's grooming needs.

Very disappointed – would not recommend. I booked a grooming appointment on Monday for Thursday. Just three hours before the appointment, I got a call saying I had to come in an hour earlier than scheduled because otherwise, they wouldn’t have time to groom my dog. I left work early and rushed over to make it on time. At drop-off, I clearly showed the groomer how I wanted my dog to be trimmed and even pointed out the areas with mats. Everything seemed fine. I waited in the parking lot for another 30 minutes before heading home, just to get a call on my way back saying my dog had "too many mats" and they wouldn’t be able to do anything with her today—not even a bath. I understand that mats can be an issue, but this is your job. I wasted my time, gas, and left work early for absolutely nothing. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience.

I love this location for their grooming services! I am a new dog owner, and therefore really inexperienced and unsure of the process but I want to make sure my Havanese, Dexter, is well taken care of and decided to go here based on proximity and convenience initially. However, I’ve since decided this is the only place for my baby boy and will be a lifetime customer! From the first appointment, they were so kind, thorough and offered so much guidance on what is best for my dog breed and reconciling what my preferences were, including so much transparency about what things are either unnecessary or not advisable for his specific coat. Unfortunately, I also had no idea that the vets recommendation to still groom him even though he has an ear infection would be ill-advised and could deepen the infection. The store manager and her team at the grooming store took the initiative to talk to the vet directly to get more information about the infection, instead of making me the "go-between" and concluded the best thing to do is wait about 2 weeks to make sure we didn’t make the infection worse. Because he was adopted from a rescue group, he was in dire need of a trim to at least be able to see. They offered a complimentary face trim and nail trimming to make him more comfortable meanwhile we wait for the infection to clear! What a gem of a place. I believe wholeheartedly, that good service is nothing without being kind, patient, and building trust which everyone at the shop has done. I wouldn’t go anywhere else because I know Dexter is well taken cared of and is going to come home happy, not anxious. Thank you everyone!
